These Terms and Conditions  govern your use of the services provided by Gulf Glow Pressure Washing. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Gulf Glow Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, house washing, and gutter cleaning in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and visual inspection.

  • Prices may change if the scope of work differs from the original estimate.

  • Additional services requested on-site may result in additional charges.

Scheduling and Access

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time.

  • Water and electricity must be available and accessible.

  • If we are unable to complete the service due to lack of access, a trip or cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or service delays.

Weather Policy

  • Services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, storms, or unsafe conditions at no additional cost to the customer.

Property Condition and Liability

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, loose fixtures, or areas of concern.

  • While we take every precaution, Gulf Glow Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or structural defects.

  • We are not liable for damage to items not removed or secured prior to service.

Safety

  • Customers agree to keep pets and individuals clear of work areas during service.

  • We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address any valid concerns.

Use of Photos

  • We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for documentation or marketing purposes.

  • No identifying information will be shared without customer consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Gulf Glow Pressure Washing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
