At Gulf Glow Pressure Washing, we take pride in providing high-quality pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.

Service-Based Policy

Because our services are performed on-site and completed at the time of service, all sales are considered final once the service has been completed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any valid concerns at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following situations:

We are unable to complete the scheduled service due to circumstances within our control
A service was paid for but not performed
Duplicate or incorrect charges

Refunds are not issued for:

Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing stains, damage, or surface conditions that cannot be removed safely
Services where the customer declined recommended treatments
Weather-related outcomes beyond our control
Failure to provide access, water, or electricity
Normal wear and tear or aging of surfaces

Deposits

If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable once work has been scheduled, except in cases where we cancel the service.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund of any prepayment, excluding non-refundable deposits. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Gulf Glow Pressure Washing directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
